Cancellation Policy
Some boring T&Cs! Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to receive a full refund. Please inform us of any unforeseen circumstances and exceptions may be made. Please leave 30 minutes beyond the session, as we may run over this time period if you have further questions. Depending on our availability, being late to your appointment may prevent the full session being met. We hold the right to abandon your session if you are more than 15 minutes late.
